Content and Location of the Photo Session

The photo shoot will take place in an outdoor setting or at the client’s home or in a studio. The photo shooting area includes Helsinki and surroundings. The session includes the number of images specified in the selected image package in high-resolution jpg format.

Delivery of Images and Payment

The total price includes two components: the shooting fee (€100) and the image processing cost. The shooting fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and must be paid before the shoot. After booking, I will send you an invoice for the shooting fee via email, with a payment period of two weeks. This fee is deducted from the total price of the image package.

Within 10 days after the photo session, you will receive a password-protected gallery via email to select your preferred images. Image selections must be made within one week, and copying images from the gallery is prohibited.

Once you’ve made your selection, I will invoice you based on the image package chosen (package cost with the deduction of the shooting fee). Upon receipt of payment, the edited images will be delivered within two weeks. The images will be available for download for two weeks.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule the photo session once free of charge, provided the new date is agreed upon within two months of the original booking. After this period, a fee of €30 will apply for each rescheduling. If you choose to cancel the appointment, please note that the shooting fee is non-refundable. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the photo session or if preferred, you may also cancel the session.

Use of Images

You have the right to use the images for personal purposes. The photographer retains the right to use the images for marketing purposes. If you prefer that your photos not be used for marketing, please inform me in advance.
